Sunday night salad

1-2 portsjonit

1 tomat
1/4 värsket kurki
salat
1 pirn
2 spl ananassitükke
2 spl rosinaid
balsamiäädikas
oliivõli
kanafilee
mesi
sool
pipar
karri

Tükeldan salati, tomati, pirni, kurgi, kaussi.
Segada klaasis/tassis õli, balsamiäädikas, sool, pipar, karri, lisada maitse järgi mett, valada salatisegule
Tükeldada kanafilee väikesteks tükkideks, praadida pannil koos rosinate, ananassitükkide, meega, maitsesta karriga
Ja aseta pannilt salatile, valmis
Lisaks: soovi korral küüslauk, juust (sinihallitusjuust)
Võib asendada kana krevettidega, kasutada sojat

Töötas küll koos, kuid ootab teatavat täiendamist. Tore oleks sooja osakaalu suurendada.

My first seljanka

5 sour pickles
4-5 onions
oil
500 g tomato paste
4 potatoes
black pepper
Bouillon cube
3 carrots
dill
black olives
10 wieners/frankfurters
(or instead of wieners, you can use chicken, beef, pork)

I. You chop the onions and you put them on the pre-heated pan with oil
II. You take a pot and add water in there. Don't fill it up though, as you have to add ingredients there;)
III. Put the onions in the pot
IV. Grate the carrots and add them to the water
V. Chop the cucumbers and add them to the pot
VI. Add the tomato paste and a bouillon cube to the pot
VII. Chop the potatoes and add to the pot
VIII. Chop the meat and add to the pot, add black pepper, dill, other spices you like to add.
IX. Chop the olives and add. Boil it for 10-15 minutes more and it is ready

The adding ingredients is an ongoing process, you don't have to chop them before, you can do it while the pot is on the stove. Altogether it took me about an hour to get the soup ready. You can add the olives afterwards when the soup is ready as well.

P.S. There are recipes, where they also use garlic, thyme, paprika, mushrooms, laurel... So you can try and add the spices you like. Be creative!
